Cheesy Chicken Bacon Ranch Slider

Ingredients

  • 24 count Kings Hawaiian Rolls
  • 1 whole smoked chicken - pulled
  • 8-10 strips bacon - cooked crispy
  • 1/2 cup Blue Plate Mayonnaise 
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 package ranch dip mix
  • 4oz shredded mozzarella 
  • 9 slices pepper jack cheese
  • 1 stick butter - melted

Directions

  1. Slice the pack of Kings Hawaiian rolls horizontally creating top and bottom halves.
  2. Layer pepper jack cheese slices over the bottom half of the rolls.
  3. Combine sour cream, Blue Plate Mayonnaise, and 3/4 of the ranch packet in a mixing bowl. Fold in the smoked chicken.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture over the pepper jack cheese
  5. Place the bacon strips over the chicken mixture and top with shredded mozzarella.
  6. Cover with the top half of Hawaiian rolls. Mix the remaining ranch packet with one stick of melted butter and brush it over the rolls.
  7. Loosely cover with aluminum foil, rest for at least 30 minutes, and place on a 350-degree pellet grill.
  8. Cook for 30 minutes then remove the foil and cook an additional 10-15 minutes to brown the top. Cut into individual sliders and serve.
