Cheesy Chicken Bacon Ranch Slider

Ingredients
- 24 count Kings Hawaiian Rolls
- 1 whole smoked chicken - pulled
- 8-10 strips bacon - cooked crispy
- 1/2 cup Blue Plate Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 package ranch dip mix
- 4oz shredded mozzarella
- 9 slices pepper jack cheese
- 1 stick butter - melted
Directions
- Slice the pack of Kings Hawaiian rolls horizontally creating top and bottom halves.
- Layer pepper jack cheese slices over the bottom half of the rolls.
- Combine sour cream, Blue Plate Mayonnaise, and 3/4 of the ranch packet in a mixing bowl. Fold in the smoked chicken.
- Spread the chicken mixture over the pepper jack cheese
- Place the bacon strips over the chicken mixture and top with shredded mozzarella.
- Cover with the top half of Hawaiian rolls. Mix the remaining ranch packet with one stick of melted butter and brush it over the rolls.
- Loosely cover with aluminum foil, rest for at least 30 minutes, and place on a 350-degree pellet grill.
- Cook for 30 minutes then remove the foil and cook an additional 10-15 minutes to brown the top. Cut into individual sliders and serve.
