Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper
-
1 Tablespoon Frank’s Red Hot seasoning

1/2 cup Burn 'em Down Hot Sauce

1/4 cup melted butter
-
1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
-
Buns
-
Lettuce
-
Tomato
-
Pickles
-
Red Onion
-
Blue Plate Mayonnaise
For the Sandwich:
Directions
Prepare charcoal grill for indirect cooking over med. high heat.
Butterfly each chicken breast and season with salt, black pepper, and Franks seasoning.
Place breasts on grill and cook on each side about 6 minutes.
Combine melted butter and Burn ‘em Down sauce and brush on both sides of breast. Continue to cook for 1 minute each side.
Place breast on iron skillet and top with cheese. Continue to cook until cheese melts over each breast and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees internally.
To build the Sandwich: Spread mayo on each side of toasted bun, top with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and pickle slices. Place chicken breast over the veggies and top with upper bun.
