2lbs Pulled Pork
1-2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Small Red Bell Pepper - diced
1 Small Onion - diced
4-5 Cloves Garlic - minced
1 packet of Spaghetti Seasoning
1-14oz can of Petite Diced Tomatoes
1-14oz can of Tomato Sauce
8oz Killer Hogs The BBQ Sauce
12oz Spaghetti Pasta - cooked according to package directions
Heat the olive oil in a deep saute pan over medium heat. Add red bell pepper and onion and cook until softened about 4-5 minutes. Add garlic and saute another 1-2 minutes.
Add spaghetti seasoning packet, petite diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and The BBQ Sauce. Bring mixture to a slight boil and reduce heat to simmer.
Chop half of the pulled pork into smaller pieces and add to the sauce, continue to simmer for 10-15 minutes while you prepare the pasta noodles.
Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce and cook for 4-5 minutes just to incorporate the flavors.
Top the BBQ Spaghetti with remaining pulled pork, drizzle with a little extra The BBQ Sauce and serve.
