Wicked Pig Tenderizing Marinade 8oz

Wicked Pig Tenderizing Marinade, developed by 2019 SCA World Champion Matt Ouverson, using his own signature marinade. 

Directions:

  1. Add 1 oz scoop (provided) mix with 16 oz of water
  2. Add liquid to pounds of beef, pork or lamb and marinate for 10 - 15 minutes (we suggest no more than 10 minutes, depending on the thickness of your steak)
  3. Pat dry then add seasoning.
  4. Cook on desired heat source. Substitute beef consomme, broth, stock or desired liquid

 

Ingredients: Salt, maltodrexin, modified food starch, sugar, garlic, black pepper, paprika, caramel color, onion, beef extract, autolyzed yeast extract, bromelain.
